How far in advance do I need to make a reservation/booking ?
Usually we can get you a car within two hours notice. We will always answer your call and email, sometimes our availability depends on demand.
My flight is delayed, do I need to change my reservation pick-up time ?
No, you don’t have to change the reservation pick-up time. Our team will handle the situation with flight tracking every time just to make sure your car will be ready for you !
How far your services goes ?
Our primary service area is the Chicago metropolitan area. We provide ground transportation service throughout the surrounding states as well.
What is your cancellation policy?
For point-to-points, charters and airports services we require two hours prior notice to change or cancel your reservation, to prearranged pickup time and date. If you cancel less than two hour before your prearranged pickup time and date, we will charge 100% cancellation fee.
Do you provide Child Safety Seats for your vehicle?
Child Safety Seats such as booster or car seat must be requested upon booking the reservation, a $25 extra will be charged.
What is your privacy policy?
We will use your information only to confirm your reservation and/or for questions regarding your service experience. We respect your right to privacy and handle your personal information with care. We will not share your information nor use for promotional gain. We will never sell your information to anyone.

For every airport or point-to-point transfer there is a 15 minutes grace period after which waiting time applies.
Stops are limited to two per trip. If more than two stops are needed the reservation will be billed using hourly rates based on the vehicle type requested. When the passenger is unable to reach the pick-up location and there is no authorized waiting time a ” no-show ” is going to be charged:

The default gratuity amount used will be 20% unless otherwise requested.
- Our rates: Base rate + Gratuity
- Meet and Greet: $30
- Tolls are included in the base rate or hourly rate.
